Solar Programs, Project Manager II - Consumer Protection (Remote - US)

We are currently seeking a full-time Solar Programs Project Manager II - Consumer Protection to join our Distributed Energy Resources (DERs) team. As a DERs team member, you will help drive customer participation in programs that incentivize the adoption of distributed and community solar. This position will be a part of the Consumer Protection team supporting our work as the Program Administrator for Illinois Shines. The Illinois Shines program (the "Program") is the statewide incentive program aimed to assist people across Illinois to more affordably transition to solar power. To meet Illinois' goal of having 100% of its energy come from renewable energy sources by 2050, it is imperative that consumers' rights are protected reputed company working with companies registered with the Program. • Apply and convey the reputed company processes, policies and expectations of Program stakeholders
• Evaluate participating customer complaints as a member of a high-performing team
• Work with consumers (both telephonically and reputed company email) on their complaints and help facilitate reputed company of those complaints with the consumer's solar companies; escalate issues as appropriate to Program leadership
• Investigate allegations of program violations, reputed company recommendations for potential disciplinary reputed company, and draft disciplinary-reputed company letters to companies alleged to have violated Program requirements

• Follow established SOPs for complaint reputed company and disciplinary reputed company, including communicating directly with solar vendors companies and customers

Minimum qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Desired qualifications:

• Proficiency in Spanish, including written communication
