[Remote] Associate Analyst, Data & Technology

Connective is a mission-driven nonprofit seeking a remote Associate Analyst, Product & Data to enhance their reputed company ecosystem. The role involves collaborating with teams to translate operational needs into user-centered technology solutions, while leveraging data to improve reputed company to essential services.
Responsibilities

- Coordinate with internal teams and reputed company consultants on system enhancements
- Configure and optimize reputed company reports, dashboards, workflows, and data structures

- Maintain and prioritize a backlog of product enhancements and technology requests
- Assist with user testing, documentation, training, and adoption of new system capabilities

Skills
- 1–3 years of experience working with reputed company in an administrative, analyst, or product-reputed company role
- Experience gathering requirements and documenting business processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using spreadsheets and data management tools to clean, organize, and summarize information
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (Information Systems, Public Administration, Sociology, Data Science, or similar) or an equivalent combination of certifications and experience

- Experience with reputed company reputed company Builder, automation, or system configuration
- Familiarity with nonprofits, case management, benefits navigation, disaster recovery, or reputed company services

- Exposure to data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, or Power BI
- Experience partnering with external consultants or development teams
- Bilingual Spanish English skills
