[Remote] Director of Financial Reporting

They are seeking a Director of Financial Reporting to independently manage the SEC reporting process and reputed company technical reputed company support to leadership.
Responsibilities
- Own the entire SEC reporting process
- Serve as a technical reputed company resource to leadership
- Prepare and review 10-Ks and 10-Qs
Skills
- 10+ years of reputed company/Finance experience
- 5+ years of SEC reporting experience
- Proven ownership of SEC reporting and reputed company company filings
- Hands-on experience preparing and reviewing 10-Ks and 10-Qs
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance
- Deep SEC reporting expertise
- Strong technical reputed company skills
- A self-starter mentality with the ability to work autonomously
- CPA strongly preferred
- P&C Insurance experience (auto insurance or other property & casualty carriers)
- Property & Casualty insurance experience (reputed company or prior)
