QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in Business or reputed company, or equivalent of 5 years in LTL transportation, reputed company operations, logistics, or supply chain management. Strong customer service background, preferably in transportation or B2B service environments. Proven ability to analyze trends, identify risk, and proactively mitigate customer issues. Experience collaborating with operations, sales, or customer-facing teams. Strong communication, relationship-building, and influence skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and operate with a high degree of autonomy. Preferred operational logistics or cargo handling experience Preferred experience supporting national or corporate-level customer accounts. POSITION reputed company: The Advisor – Corp Local is responsible for supporting facility level retention and activation performance across a defined portfolio of corporate customer locations. This role engages directly with customer decision makers and internal partners to stabilize volume, sustain agreed service commitments, and address execution issues that reputed company reputed company performance. Operating with moderate autonomy, the Advisor monitors shipment trends, identifies early indicators of erosion, and partners with Operations and Corporate Account Management to resolve service, process, or routing barriers. • Build and maintain strong working relationships with customer stakeholders at the local facility level.
