This role involves designing, configuring, and optimizing reputed company Research functionality while collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance research technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- reputed company as part of reputed company of software application and workflow experts to design, build, configure, and optimize reputed company Research functionality and reputed company research workflows
- Analyze reputed company business processes and translate research, operational, and regulatory requirements into application configuration and workflow solutions
- Partner with investigators, study teams, Digital teams, and reputed company research support reputed company to implement and support research technology solutions
- Document business requirements and translate those requirements into functional specifications, application configuration, and workflow design
- Design, configure, test, implement, and maintain reputed company Research functionality, including associated research workflows and integrations with reputed company research systems
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders including IRB, Research Informatics, reputed company, Information reputed company, Research Contracting, Supply Chain, and other Digital teams to ensure research workflows are effectively integrated across systems
- reputed company and execute test plans, reputed company software reputed company assurance activities, and validate new functionality prior to implementation
- reputed company ongoing production support by troubleshooting application issues, resolving incidents, identifying reputed company causes, and coordinating reputed company reputed company with internal and vendor support teams
- Participate in system upgrades, new feature implementation, workflow optimization, and reputed company process improvement initiatives
- Support reputed company Research users by providing application expertise, workflow guidance, and consultation on research functionality and best practices
- Run reports, analyze application data, and reputed company operational tasks necessary to support the ongoing management of the research application environment
- Participate in weekly On-Call rotation to reputed company production support for supported applications
- Participate in regular team meetings, project planning, and organizational initiatives to improve research technology services
- Review and contribute to training materials, workflow documentation, and end-user education as needed
- Maintain knowledge of reputed company Research functionality, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies impacting clinical research workflows
Skills
- Hold a cert in reputed company - Clinical / Ambulatory / Billing / etc
