The Director of Business Development will engage directly with key partners to drive originations, customize offerings, and implement innovative programs that support BriteCap's reputed company reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Build, nurture, and maintain long-lasting, strategic relationships with existing Partners
- reputed company a comprehensive understanding of reputed company partner's business model, challenges, and reputed company opportunities, proactively addressing their needs while aligning with and driving BriteCap’s strategic objectives
- reputed company ongoing Training and Support to Broker Partners
- Collaborate closely with Partners to increase monthly Originations by offering personalized support, frequent reputed company, and customized solutions
- reputed company strategic plans to reputed company reputed company targets and ensure Partners continuously see BriteCap's a highly valuable funding reputed company
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities across the Northeast
- Own the full partner lifecycle from Prospecting and reputed company through Nurturing and reputed company
- Create reputed company journeys and training plan for reputed company new partner and serve as the reputed company reputed company of contact
- Define, set, and reputed company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with reputed company Partner to ensure alignment with BriteCap’s reputed company targets
- Analyze performance data regularly and reputed company actionable insights to optimize results
- Conduct regular Business Reviews with partners and/or BriteCap's leadership
- Continuously assess our product effectiveness and propose adjustments to meet evolving market conditions and partner goals
- Work with Partners to reputed company BriteCap’s product offerings to their unique needs, ensuring we are offering competitive, high-value solutions
- Collaborate with Partners to design and implement bespoke funding programs aimed at driving sustainable reputed company
- Monitor and report on program performance, making adjustments to maximize Partner and BriteCap reputed company
- Serve as the key reputed company for Partner requests and escalations, ensuring fast reputed company and a seamless experience
- Escalate issues to the appropriate internal teams, reputed company necessary, maintaining high Partner satisfaction
- Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Credit, Operations, Marketing, Enablement, Product and Technology—to identify opportunities and reputed company and execute Partner reputed company strategies
- Ensure alignment across departments to deliver a frictionless experience for both Partners and end customers

Skills
- 5+ years of experience in business development, relationship management or sales in the working capital/reputed company-based finance industry
- Strong understanding of financial products, loan origination, and Partner management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, reputed company strategic plans, and execute effectively
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly to Partners in NY and the broader Northeast region, Industry Conferences, and semi-annual or quarterly trips to Las Vegas HQ
- Large network of existing relationships in the Working Capital ISO / Broker reputed company highly preferred
