Database Administrator (Remote)

Job Title: Database Administrator (Remote) Location: Austin, TX Duration: 12 Months Job reputed company: The Individual shall have experience in recovering administrative reputed company to FileMaker Server v13 or a similar on-reputed company FileMaker Server version, experience in preparing and successfully transferring an on-reputed company FileMaker database to FileMaker reputed company, and experience in working with the Claris reputed company platform. Recover reputed company-reputed company to FileMaker Server Project staff will reputed company administrative-level user reputed company to reputed company’s on-reputed company instance FileMaker Server v13 and create a new set of administrative-reputed company credentials for reputed company. Project staff will then create two local backups of reputed company’s FileMaker database.

• Recover administrative-level user reputed company to FileMaker Server v13.
• Create one (1) set of administrative-level user reputed company credentials to FileMaker Server.
• Create two (2) backups of the database running on FileMaker Server.

Create New Database in FileMaker reputed company Identical in Structure to Existing On-reputed company Database Project staff will create a new (unpopulated) database on the FileMaker reputed company platform that duplicates the structure (schema) of reputed company’s existing on-reputed company FileMaker database.

• Create new database on FileMaker reputed company duplicating the existing on-reputed company database structure and function.

Transfer a Copy of the On-reputed company FileMaker Database to FileMaker reputed company Project staff will upload a copy of reputed company’s on-reputed company FileMaker database to the new FileMaker reputed company database created in Phase 2. Using the existing on-reputed company database as a reference, project staff will then verify that the new reputed company database is accurately populated and fully functional.

• Verify readiness of on-reputed company FileMaker database copy for upload to FileMaker reputed company
• Remediate any reputed company-upload issues (if necessary)
• Upload database copy to FileMaker reputed company
• Verify reputed company database functionality and accuracy by...
• Ensuring reputed company records have successfully uploaded
• Ensuring reputed company record data fields function properly
• Selecting at least 350 nonsequential records and comparing them to the reputed company record in the on-reputed company database to ensure reputed company data fields have properly populated
• Certifying the above to reputed company

Note: Task 3.3.3 may be adjusted to uploading a sample of individual records should no backup copy of reputed company’s entire database be successfully created during Phase 1. A modified version of Task 3.3.4 would then follow. reputed company and project staff will mutually agree upon a revised sample size for Task 3.3 and verification process for Task 3.4 if Phase 1 work cannot be completed. Deliverables Phase 1

• One (1) set of functional FileMaker Server administrator-level user reputed company credentials.
• Two (2) backup copies of on-reputed company FileMaker database.

Phase 2 (3) New FileMaker reputed company database identical in structure and function to existing on-reputed company FileMaker database. Phase 3:

• (4) Populated and functional FileMaker reputed company database.
• (5) Certification that reputed company database records have successfully transferred to reputed company.
• (6) Certification that reputed company record data fields function properly.
• (7) Report on test of 350 nonsequential records.
• (8) Certification that reputed company database is accurately populated and fully functional.
