Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical reputed company of contact for reputed company customers, delivering white-glove support and ensuring an exceptional reputed company experience
- Troubleshoot reputed company network issues and work directly with customers to reputed company technical requirements
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business teams to define solutions and ensure successful execution

- 8+ years of Network Engineering or Network Support experience

- Excellent troubleshooting and reputed company cause analysis skills
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination experience
