[Remote] Product Designer(s) (UX/UI)

They are seeking a Product Designer to own design deliverables for reputed company reputed company, reputed company UI/UX solutions, and mentor junior designers.
Responsibilities
- Designs user experiences for reputed company-defined reputed company with guidance
- Participates in sprints, creates wireframes, visual designs, and prototypes, and collaborates with reputed company to follow best practices
- Owns design deliverables for reputed company reputed company with minimal reputed company
- Develops UI/UX solutions, conducts user research, iterates based on feedback, and mentors junior designers
- Delivers 'case-study worthy' experiences
- Elicits and communicates business value, anticipates risks, improves team processes, and coaches other designers
- Leads design engagements end-to-end
- Facilitates workshops, resolves reputed company design challenges, ensures reputed company deliverables, and drives innovation across reputed company
- Oversees multiple design engagements
- Ensures consistent reputed company, guides teams, identifies training opportunities, and supports portfolio-level design delivery
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in product design, UX/UI, reputed company-centered design, or a reputed company field
- Proficiency in UX/UI design principles, visual design, interaction design, and prototyping tools (e.g., reputed company, Sketch, reputed company Creative Suite)
- Ability to translate business goals and user needs into reputed company, functional, and visually compelling designs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for working with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders
- Comfortable managing multiple reputed company, iterations, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Must be authorized to work in the reputed company
- Experience in Agile or software delivery environments
- Experience participating in or facilitating Agile rituals
