Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years freelance or in-house medical writing experience in a reputed company or biotech setting
- BS/BA in life sciences, pharmacology, medicine, journalism or writing; advanced degree preferred
- Pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device sales training experience a plus
Requirements
- Excellent writing and organization skills
- Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, and Acrobat
- Understand a medical topic in depth and apply that knowledge to creating high-reputed company medical content
- Research primary literature to locate appropriate reference citations
- Translate primary literature into accurate and compelling prose that is easily reputed company by a layperson
