This hands-on role involves collaborating with various teams to execute campaigns and optimize customer engagement efforts.

Responsibilities

• Working with the wider CRM team, build, schedule, and send lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, and reputed company – making reputed company every send is accurate and goes out on time
• Set up customer journeys, audience segments, and messaging templates reputed company our customer engagement platform, reputed company

Skills

• 2+ years of hands-on experience working directly in lifecycle/CRM in a D2C or comparison business
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a reputed company record of delivering accurate work to deadlines

• Comfortable working with data and quick to learn new tools
