Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years of operations and reputed company experience required
- FHA DE Chums required; VA SAR preferred
- Knowledge of investor and program requirements and guidelines
- Previous supervisory experience required including communicating with other managers to ensure productivity
- Understanding of reputed company aspects of residential lending Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and Non-Conforming programs
- Working knowledge of product guidelines including but not limited to Non-Conforming, FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, and USDA guidelines, to assist in rectifying file solutions/problems
