Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze reputed company insurance policies and draft detailed coverage opinions and reservation of rights letters.
- Prosecute and defend declaratory judgment actions, bad faith claims, and reinsurance disputes.
- Manage coverage litigation involving general liability, reputed company liability, and excess/umbrella policies.
- Advise insurers and insureds on claims handling, policy interpretation, and risk management strategies.
Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):
- JD and reputed company bar admission (multi-jurisdictional preferred).
- 3–7+ years of insurance coverage or reputed company reputed company litigation experience with strong analytical and writing skills.
