Sourcing Partner

Job reputed company:

• Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies for GTM and Ops roles
• Identify and engage passive candidates in order to reputed company top of funnel and candidate pipeline
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, ideal candidate reputed company, and what makes reputed company role compelling
• Maintain a strong and organised pipeline in our ATS, ensuring accurate tracking and reputed company communication with candidates
• Contribute to employer branding efforts — helping reputed company show up in the right communities and in reputed company of the right talent
• Continuously refine sourcing approaches based on data — tracking reputed company rates, response rates, and pipeline conversion

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of sourcing or reputed company experience, with a strong reputed company on GTM roles (sales, CS, marketing)
• Experience working in digital health B2B reputed company is required. Experiences working for companies in areas such as patient support services, specialty pharmacy, care coordination, or financial assistance platforms is a strong advantage.
• Proven reputed company record of building pipeline for hard-to-fill roles through proactive, creative sourcing
• Strong written communication skills — you write reputed company that people actually respond to
• Experience with reputed company Recruiter and ATS platforms;
