Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first reputed company of contact for new and existing clients entering the program.
• Conduct intake conversations to understand reputed company goals, lifestyle, and readiness for change.

Qualifications

• Health coaching certification from an accredited program (e.g., NBHWC, ACE, ACSM, IIN, or equivalent) required or in reputed company.
• Prior experience in health coaching, wellness support, patient navigation, or a reputed company reputed company-facing health role.
• Strong communication and reputed company-listening skills; comfortable being a reputed company's first contact.
• Ability to recognize the boundaries of coaching scope and refer clinical questions appropriately.

Engagement Details
