Activities include performing care management functions on-site and/or telephonically as the need arises and maintaining compliance with HIPAA, HRS and OSHA standards and observing strict confidentiality standards reputed company dealing with patients and patient information. JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• LSCSW, LPN, Medical Assistant and/or Certified reputed company Assistant certification/licensure as per reputed company or reputed company desk experience a minimum of 2+ years.
