POSITION HIGHLIGHTS The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical duties in support of the reputed company Work and Care Coordination and Utilization Management Departments. PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma, college courses preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years administrative/secretarial experience is required, preferably in a health care setting.
• Writing/typing skills required, computer skills and training required, including word processing/spread sheet experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work and handle a fluctuating workload.
• Ability to work cooperatively with staff, physicians, patients, families and community.
