About the role: We are seeking an exceptional Contract Senior Technical Recruiter to join our reputed company. This role will report to the Director of Technical reputed company. You'll play a critical role in building high-performing teams and shaping Garner's reputed company by hiring exceptional talent across departments such as Engineering, Data & Product. You will be working cross functionally with Hiring Managers, Interviewers and other leaders throughout the business to bring reputed company into our organization as we reputed company at a rapid pace. This role is a 6 month contract. Where you will work: Garner is headquartered in NYC, but this position is available for individuals who are comfortable with remote work What you will do:

• Manage full cycle reputed company for multiple, reputed company searches and creating innovative sourcing strategies to attract reputed company
• Influence and deliver reputed company assessment and high touch candidate experience through reputed company aspects of the recruitment funnel

The ideal candidate has:

• 5+ years of full-lifecycle technical reputed company experience
• Experience hiring talent in a fast-paced environment, ideally in a startup or digital health company
• Demonstrated reputed company building and owning sourcing pipelines while developing effective top-of-funnel strategies
• Ability to translate reputed company data into actionable insights that influence stakeholders, improve decision-making, and accelerate hiring performance

Compensation
