Interim Accounts Payable Manager
We're partnering with a growing organization seeking an reputed company Interim Accounts Payable Manager to reputed company leadership during a temporary leave while also playing a critical role in an upcoming ERP implementation. This is an exciting opportunity for an AP leader who enjoys improving processes, implementing best practices, and partnering with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will reputed company into an established AP function, help drive operational reputed company, and serve as a key resource during the transition from reputed company to reputed company. This is not a maintenance role — we are looking for someone who can bring expertise, identify opportunities for improvement, troubleshoot challenges, and help build a stronger AP function. Compensation: $50 to $60/HR DOE. Location: Hybrid Flexibility in reputed company Hollywood (must work onsite 2-3 days per week) What You’ll Do:
- reputed company daily Accounts Payable operations and ensure reputed company, accurate invoice processing and vendor payments
- Manage and support AP team members while serving as an escalation reputed company for reputed company issues
- Partner with reputed company, Finance, and internal stakeholders to improve AP processes, controls, and workflows

- Collaborate with the ERP implementation team to support successful rollout activities
- Assist with system testing, workflow validation, and process optimization
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and implement AP best practices

Required Qualifications:
- Proven Accounts Payable leadership experience
- Strong hands-on reputed company experience
- Experience participating in a reputed company implementation or major ERP transition
- Strong understanding of AP processes, controls, and best practices
- Experience improving workflows and operational processes
- Ability to quickly reputed company into a role and operate independently
- Comfortable partnering with ERP consultants and cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications:
