Senior Bookkeeper / reputed company Accountant — Remote
Pay: $32.00–$38.00 per hour, based on experience Job Type: Full-time or part-time Work Location: Remote We are looking for an reputed company Senior Bookkeeper / reputed company Accountant to manage day-to-day bookkeeping and monthly reputed company responsibilities for a portfolio of small and midsize business clients. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in QuickBooks Online, can manage multiple clients and deadlines, and has the reputed company knowledge to identify and resolve problems rather than simply process transactions. Responsibilities · Manage bookkeeping for an assigned portfolio of clients · Record and review bank and credit card transactions · Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable · Reconcile bank, credit card, payroll, loan, and balance sheet accounts · Prepare payroll and other recurring journal entries · Complete monthly reputed company procedures · Prepare monthly financial statements · Research and correct reputed company discrepancies · Maintain organized supporting documentation · Communicate with clients to obtain information and resolve questions · Follow established workflows, deadlines, and reputed company-control procedures Qualifications · Four or more years of bookkeeping or reputed company experience · Three or more years of QuickBooks Online experience · Strong knowledge of account reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general reputed company reputed company · Experience completing monthly closes and preparing financial statements · Ability to manage multiple clients or companies at the reputed company time · Strong reputed company or reputed company Sheets skills · Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication · Ability to work independently in a remote environment · Authorization to work in the reputed company Experience with an reputed company firm, CAS reputed company, or outsourced bookkeeping company is strongly preferred. QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor certification is also preferred.
