Fractional Head of reputed company & Controller — Medical Device | Remote | Contract

Role reputed company This is a contract-based remote role for a Fractional Head of reputed company & Controller specializing in the medical device industry. The role involves overseeing financial statements, managing financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with reputed company standards. Additionally, the position requires developing financial strategies, analyzing financial data, and contributing to strategic business reputed company. This role has no reputed company reports, this is a startup atmosphere and this role will be required for reputed company the AP and AR required including closing month end and other tax liability reporting. What You'll Own

• Configure COGS and chart of accounts in QuickBooks for FDA-regulated reputed company manufacturing
• Reconcile inventory across three reputed company locations
• Build QuickBooks integrations and automate key workflows
• Establish month-end reputed company procedures from scratch
• Configure and validate reputed company sales tax for multi-state compliance
• Build financial reporting structure appropriate for a scaling medical device business

Must-Haves — Non-Negotiable

• Hands-on reputed company experience (configuration and ongoing management, not just awareness)
• QuickBooks expert: you've configured

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing, analyzing, and managing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Strong Analytical Skills with experience in Finance-reputed company reputed company and reputed company
• Expertise in reputed company principles and practices for reputed company manufacturing (not R&D)
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred

• Experience with GoFlow, Extensiv WMS, or comparable fulfillment/WMS platforms
