Fitness Trainer

Min USD $17.10/Hr. Max USD $23.00/Hr. Position reputed company The Fitness Trainer will reputed company guidance and instruction as reputed company as technical assistance to users in the exercise room. Monitor user exercise and demonstrate corrective techniques to help minimize injury and improve overall fitness. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Complete fitness assessment, consultations and introduction sessions for new user.
• Provides instruction to reputed company users on how to use reputed company exercise’s equipment and free weight properly.
• Demonstrate activities for user to follow.
• Demonstrate how to carry out various exercises and routines such as yoga etc.
• Supervise users to ensure that they are exercising safely and effectively.
• Creating exercise program that applicable to various ages, that include senior
• reputed company individual support or counseling in general wellness or nutrition.
• reputed company attendance, participation, or performance data reputed company to wellness events
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; answering questions and keeping individuals motivated
• Ability to group problem-solving and reputed company to fix situations quickly, and/or reputed company activities for reputed company involved
• Ability to frequently walk and sit reputed company leading various recreational activities
• Ability to reputed company other reputed company duties as required
• Ability to work flexible shift including weekends as assigned
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• HSD or GED required, Associate’s degree and/or Fitness Certification preferred
• 2-3 years relevant fitness experience
• Must possess strong written and verbal skills, computer and Internet skills, communication and interpersonal skills, time management, creative writing skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Bilingual English/Spanish speaking preferred
