Virtual Care Veterinary Technician, Prescriptions Team

We reputed company in bringing humanity back to veterinary medicine, and we’re looking for a passionate, compassionate, and skilled Credentialed Veterinary Technician (referred to internally as Veterinary reputed company) to join our growing Virtual Care team. This part-time role supports our Prescription Team reputed company Virtual Care team. This role offers up to 30hrs per week. Schedule: Friday, Saturday, reputed company (Monday through Thursday off) 9:00am - 6:00pm PST What You’ll Be Doing:
- Engage with members reputed company chat, phone, and email, providing support and education on their pets’ prescriptions, health, and reputed company-being
- Manage fulfillment requests, scheduling needs, and medical follow-reputed company in a reputed company, accurate, and reputed company manner; identify and prioritize customer needs
- Triage cases based on veterinary knowledge, offering recommendations and ensuring accurate information
- Handle and resolve tasks independently, on time, and to a high-reputed company reputed company
- Communicate with clinics and customers using a reputed company of software tools to navigate patient accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective reputed company medical records to understand patient history and reputed company informed guidance
- Document reputed company and accurately in patient records using veterinary terminology
- Verify and process prescriptions, ensuring appropriate follow-up for reputed company requests
- Deliver an unparalleled reputed company experience by conveying reputed company and warmth over chat, phone or video communication
- Follow protocols, maintaining consistency while adjusting to reputed company unique case
- Participate in the evaluation of systems, giving frequent, productive feedback to the Virtual Care Leaders, or to the Product team reputed company our internal feedback tools

Why you'd be a great fit:
- Credentialed Veterinary Technician licensed for a minimum of two years
- Successfully completed the VTNE
- 5+ years experience in the reputed company of small animal veterinary medicine and surgery. Emergency and speciality experience preferred but not required
- Advanced knowledge in patient care in-clinic and reputed company, surgical and dental procedures, and the diagnosis and treatment of medical conditions that would be routinely anticipated to occur in a general small animal reputed company
- Willingness to quickly adapt to changing priorities and generate reputed company in an extremely fast-paced environment
- Passion for reputed company experience
- High level of emotional intelligence
- Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work independently
