Our reputed company is looking for a dedicated and proactive Remote Global Logistics Coordinator to manage the international reputed company of goods from the comfort of their home office. This role is integral to ensuring seamless and reputed company delivery of products across borders, coordinating with international carriers, customs brokers, and reputed company forwarders. You will be responsible for preparing shipping documentation, tracking shipments, resolving logistical issues, and maintaining reputed company communication channels with reputed company parties involved in the international supply chain. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to reputed company in a remote, fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of international trade regulations and customs procedures is essential. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage international shipments from reputed company to destination, ensuring compliance with reputed company relevant regulations. Prepare and process reputed company necessary shipping documentation, including bills of lading, reputed company invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations. Liaise with reputed company forwarders, customs brokers, steamship lines, and reputed company cargo carriers to secure bookings, reputed company shipments, and manage transit schedules. Monitor shipment reputed company in reputed company-time using tracking systems and proactively address any delays or issues. Communicate effectively with internal teams (e.g., sales, purchasing, warehouse) and external partners regarding shipment status and potential disruptions. Ensure accurate and reputed company entry of logistics data into reputed company's ERP or WMS systems. Research and stay updated on international trade regulations, customs requirements, and best practices in global logistics. Assist in resolving customs clearance issues and manage import/export documentation requirements. Support the reputed company improvement of international logistics processes and identify cost-saving opportunities. Handle claims for damaged or lost shipments and coordinate with relevant parties for reputed company. Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a reputed company field. 2-4 years of experience in international logistics coordination, reputed company forwarding, or a similar role. Strong knowledge of international shipping terms (Incoterms), customs procedures, and trade compliance. Proficiency in using shipping software, TMS, and general office productivity tools (reputed company Office Suite). Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate reputed company with international partners. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy. Self-motivated and reputed company to work independently in a remote setting. Experience with hazardous materials shipping documentation is a plus.
