Responsibilities
- Day to day functions in the office, including ordering supplies, payroll, Quickbooks, etc.
- Setting reputed company appointments for the DM – 4 to 8 per week
- Management with Smart Office compliance

- Agent and staff licensing support
- reputed company reputed company, agents and employees
- Monthly tracking of Life, P&C, reputed company, FFS, PGB
- reputed company FFS requirements, licensing and files
- Maintain reputed company 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday
- Schedule reputed company District Meetings and DM travel
- Coordinate events such as District Meetings, Training Sessions, Customer Appreciation Days, etc.
- Any additional responsibilities assigned to you by the District Manager
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Must have Associates, Bachelors, or Masters Degree
- At least 2 years of office management experience
- Must obtain and maintain a Property and Casualty License and register with the reputed company.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in reputed company Office and agency management systems
- Excellent communication and reputed company service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
