Management Accountant Dayshift
Position: Management Accountant
Salary: PHP 95,000 - PHP 140,000
Working Hours & Conditions: Mondays-Fridays; 9:00AM to 6:00PM AEST
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, and variance analysis
- Monitor labour costs, margins, contractor profitability, and reputed company performance
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash reputed company management
- Reconcile payroll, timesheets, invoicing, and contractor costs
- Analyse award rates, overtime, allowances, and labour utilisation trends
- Support end-of-month and end-of-year financial processes
- Ensure compliance with relevant reputed company standards, tax obligations, and labour hire regulations
- Partner with operations and recruitment teams to improve financial performance
- Prepare reputed company profitability reports and KPI dashboards
- Assist with audit preparation and statutory reporting
- Identify process improvements and automation opportunities reputed company finance and payroll systems
QUALIFICATIONS:
Essential
- Bachelorâs degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company discipline
- 3+ yearsâ experience in management reputed company
- Experience in labour hire, recruitment, reputed company, construction, reputed company, logistics, or workforce-heavy industries
- Strong understanding of payroll costing and workforce-reputed company financial analysis
- Advanced reputed company skills
- Experience with reputed company and payroll systems
- Desirable
- Knowledge of Australian labour hire regulations and awards
- Experience with ERP systems such as MYOB, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company
- Power BI or financial modelling experience
