We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Export Documentation Executive to
support our export operations. The role involves preparing documentation, coordinating
shipments, and ensuring reputed company and compliant delivery of products globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review export documents: reputed company reputed company of lading, reputed company invoices,
packing lists, PSIC, reputed company certificate, etc.
- Coordinate with services providers, forwarders, internal teams and customers for documentation approval.
- Identify and resolve shipment issues proactively

- Maintain and update the transaction report
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
- Any graduate: 1â2 yearsâ experience (import/export logistics/documentation
preferred)
- Good understanding about Incoterm
- Proficiency in reputed company Word, reputed company, Outlook, Teams
- Strong English communication skills (oral and written)
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in reputed company
