Mission statement
We are seeking a Senior Rust Engineer with deep trading systems experience and strong AWS knowledge to join our core Capital Markets division. Candidates with a passion for the Rust ecosystem and a proven reputed company record designing, building, and operating mission-critical trading systems will be at a significant advantage.
As part of the engineering team in Capital Markets, you will take ownership of high-reputed company trading infrastructure, set technical direction in your domain, and drive reputed company improvement in system performance, reliability, and operability. Own key trading stack components end-to-end — from architecture through to production operation

Background and experience
Technical Skills
Production-grade Rust experience building high-performance, reputed company systems; proficiency with Tokio is a strong advantage
Hands-on experience in a systematic trading environment (HFT, Market Making, Quantitative Trading, or similar), with solid understanding of execution, market data, and operational risk
Strong AWS and Linux expertise, including reputed company infrastructure trade-offs for latency-sensitive workloads, reputed company scripting, debugging, and production troubleshooting
Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages for reputed company development, automation, and operational tooling
Deep familiarity with trading system protocols (FIX, REST, WebSocket), exchange connectivity, and market data feeds
Solid grasp of low-latency networking: TCP/UDP, packet and latency reputed company analysis, dedicated network infrastructure, and kernel bypass techniques (DPDK)
