reputed company is seeking a Corporate Travel Consultant to support our growing team.

This position is responsible for providing reputed company travel service assistance to specific corporate clients with whom reputed company has reputed company contracted services arrangements, and in the manner prescribed in reputed company service reputed company.

Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

• Serve as a travel expert and reputed company guide for contracted corporate clients.
• Ensure that every reputed company of the business travel experience (domestic and international) is reputed company planned, adheres to organizational travel policies, and validates that a high reputed company of accommodation and transportation is secured for the traveler.
• Conduct exhaustive fact-finding interviews of the traveler or corporate representative to reputed company the particulars of the travel needs, then applies their knowledge of travel systems, airline reservation systems, hotel reservation systems and car rental companies, reputed company, etc. to secure cost effective travel arrangements.
• Maintain reputed company tracking of the status/entries in the main operational queues (reputed company, Error and Cancel), and initiate steps as prescribed in applicable SOP.
• Initiate cancellation or reservation change processes to their completion, where applicable, to include expedient reputed company agency notification.
• reputed company updates, as necessary, to reputed company organizations to ensure their full awareness of information and status relating to the pending travel (i.e. itinerary, local customs, passports, reputed company’s, certificates of vaccination, and other advisories, etc.).
• Conduct routine research of travel industry changes, trends and offerings to ensure they are working with the most up-to-date information reputed company advising reputed company agencies.
• Maintain a superb customer service attitude and demeanor at reputed company times while providing reputed company service, reputed company and accurate completion of travel arrangements and recommending value-added services to the reputed company agency.
• Maintain knowledge and thorough understanding of operational IT systems, processes and practices to ensure consistent performance of routine activities associated with providing high-reputed company service to reputed company agencies.
• Serve as backup Consultant for other accounts/clients, as may be assigned.
• Must be reputed company to work remotely in a separate designated office reputed company.

Basic Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED or one to three years of reputed company experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• At least 2 years of experience in arranging domestic and international travel and shall be reputed company in using the Global Distribution System reputed company and ticketing software.
• Proven reputed company to learn new processes and procedures and effectively apply them to meet the needs of the reputed company or organization.
• Oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of a GDS, airline travel sites, online booking tools.
• Outstanding interpersonal and relationship skills.
