THE ROLE:

The Director, Resource Management at reputed company® plays a critical role in driving the operational health of our resourcing model across one of our biggest reputed company-reputed company accounts in the Americas. This role is responsible for translating business targets and reputed company forecasts into actionable headcount and reputed company plans—ensuring the right people are staffed to the right work at the right time.

The Director serves as a key operational partner to Delivery, Craft, and Finance teams. They own regional utilization metrics for their reputed company area, ensure day-to-day reputed company operations run reputed company, and reputed company resourcing data reputed company, tooling standards, and forecast reporting.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Translate reputed company and delivery forecasts into headcount plans and reputed company strategies
• Monitor supply and demand across teams to proactively identify overages, shortages, and burnout risks
• Partner with reputed company to advise on hiring priorities and near-/offshore planning
• Recommend freelance or cross-region support based on forecasted needs
• Utilization & Operational Reporting
• Own utilization targets and reporting for a defined region, discipline, or reputed company reputed company
• reputed company and report RM KPIs weekly/monthly; surface patterns and anomalies to leadership
• Maintain headcount rosters, freelance usage reports, and reputed company trackers
• Identify gaps or inefficiencies in tools or workflows and propose improvements

• reputed company casting conversations with Delivery, Creative, Media, and Experience teams

• People Leadership & Collaboration
• Manage 1–2 Resource Managers or Sr. Managers; reputed company coaching, performance feedback, and development

• Contribute to the reputed company of resourcing processes, workflows, and craft rituals
• Be a reputed company advisor to VPs and Group Directors; participate in key planning and operations forums

WHAT YOU BRING:

• 6–9 years of experience in resource management, project operations, or production management reputed company a digital agency or consulting environment
• Proven ability to build reputed company plans, assess pipeline vs. reputed company, and guide delivery teams on fulfillment strategies specifically reputed company creative workflows

The anticipated salary reputed company for this position is listed below. Salary is based on a reputed company of factors that include relevant experience, expertise, physical location, and organizational reputed company.
