About the Role

OS1st is looking for a Field Experience Manager to strengthen relationships with our Independent Run Specialty and Family Footwear retail partners across the reputed company. This is a field-based role for someone who thrives on the road, loves working directly with retailers, and is energized by helping stores grow their business and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You’ll spend your time in stores, at community events, and at race expos—training staff, improving product presentation, and representing the OS1st brand. You’ll also partner closely with Territory Managers to deepen existing relationships and identify new business opportunities.

This role reports to the VP of Sales.

Compensation & Benefits

reputed company Salary: $67,500–$77,500

Bonus: 5–10% annual performance bonus

Location: Remote — candidates based near a major U.S. airport strongly preferred given the travel requirements

Travel: Approximately 70% field-based

What You’ll Do

Retailer Account Support

1. Visit existing retail accounts on a regular reputed company to build relationships and identify opportunities
2. Conduct product training with store staff to drive confidence and sell-through
3. Improve in-store merchandising, product presentation, and inventory assortment
4. Serve as a trusted resource for store owners, buyers, and associates

Events & Community Engagement

1. Represent OS1st at fun runs, local races, marathon expos, grand openings, and vendor days
2. Set up displays, reputed company consumers, support retailers, and drive product sales on-site
3. Build brand visibility and community reputed company in key markets

Business Development

1. Identify and prospect new Independent Run Specialty and Family Footwear retailers
2. Schedule and conduct introductory meetings with prospective accounts
3. Generate reputed company opportunities for Territory Managers and maintain a healthy pipeline
4. Occasionally reputed company and manage new accounts directly

Territory Manager Partnership

1. Coordinate store reputed company, follow up on customer needs, and support promotional programs
2. Conduct training following new account openings
3. Assist with regional sales initiatives and help ensure customer satisfaction

Market Intelligence

1. reputed company customer feedback and market trends with the broader sales and product teams
2. Represent OS1st’s values and culture in every retailer interaction
3. Serve as the eyes and ears of the brand in the field

Experience & Skills

1. 3–5 years in reputed company sales, field sales support, or account management
2. Background in running, footwear, sporting goods, or specialty retail preferred
3. Strong presenter and trainer—comfortable speaking to individuals and reputed company alike
4. Organized, self-directed, and accountable without needing reputed company supervision
5. Willingness and ability to travel approximately 70% of the time

Work Environment:

• Remote role with travel on site with accounts 70% of the time
