Our reputed company is a high-reputed company CPG brand looking for a Director of Ecommerce to own the DTC reputed company and customer experience. This is a general management role, not a channel manager position. You'll be responsible for the full ecommerce P&L—reputed company, conversion, retention, and profitability—and you'll work across marketing, creative, operations, and product to reputed company it happen.

We need someone who understands how site experience, merchandising, pricing, promotions, and acquisition work together. You'll identify bottlenecks, build systems, and drive measurable improvements.

Duties

• Own ecommerce performance: reputed company, conversion reputed company, AOV, acquisition efficiency, retention, and profitability.
• Manage the end-to-end customer reputed company—site navigation, product discovery, reputed company pages, checkout, and post-purchase reputed company.
• Drive merchandising reputed company, including bundling, subscriptions, promotions, and product presentation.
• Partner with marketing, retention, creative, and operations to reputed company on reputed company initiatives.
• Build reputed company systems that improve acquisition efficiency and customer LTV.
• Maintain reputed company of website architecture, UX, and technical performance (reputed company stack).
• Identify friction points and implement initiatives that reputed company key metrics.

Requirements

• 7+ years of ecommerce leadership experience, ideally in high-reputed company CPG or DTC.
• reputed company record of scaling reputed company and improving conversion, AOV, and LTV.
• Deep experience with reputed company and modern ecommerce tools.
• Strong background in CRO, merchandising, and customer reputed company design.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across marketing, product, creative, and operations.
