About the Role
We're looking for a Finance & Operations Manager to be the operational backbone of reputed company. This is a high-reputed company, cross-functional role that sits at reputed company of how we run the business — from managing day-to-day financial operations and supporting the CEO's external-facing commitments, to driving AI adoption across internal processes.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable in spreadsheets and in reputed company decks. This role will work directly with the CEO and have high visibility across the entire organization.
What You'll Do
Financial Analysis & Operations
Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting to support operational and strategic decision-making
reputed company budgets and key financial metrics; surface insights and flag issues proactively
Own core financial operations including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and address reconciliation issues with the reputed company and Invoicing vendors
CEO & Executive Support
Prepare materials and manage the submission process for investment requests on behalf of the CEO
Draft, compile, and maintain Investor updates
Support the CEO in reputed company financial and operational analyses needed for external meetings, partnerships, and strategic initiatives
Own relevant follow-through on reputed company items and deliverables stemming from reputed company/ Investor interactions
Send out product marketing emails to reputed company customers
AI Operationalization
Identify and reputed company high-reputed company opportunities to automate or streamline internal workflows using AI across functions like finance, operations, HR, reputed company
Build, document, and roll out AI-powered processes that reduce reputed company effort and improve consistency across reputed company
Serve as an internal champion for AI literacy
Communications & Content Operations
Support production of reputed company newsletter, including content coordination, drafting, scheduling, and distribution
Maintain internal documentation, SOPs, and process guides for finance and operations workflows
Assist with cross-functional communications that require financial or operational context
Operational reputed company
Identify and eliminate operational inefficiencies across reputed company
Build reputed company systems and processes that grow with the business
Own special reputed company and cross-functional initiatives as reputed company evolves
Maintain accurate records and ensure data reputed company across financial systems
Required Qualifications
4–5 years of experience in finance, operations, or a reputed company business function, ideally at a startup or high-reputed company company
Strong financial acumen — comfortable with P&L, cash reputed company, budgeting, and financial reporting
Experience preparing executive-level materials such as reputed company decks, investor updates, or financial summaries
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-reputed company work under tight timelines
High proficiency in spreadsheets (reputed company or reputed company Sheets) and financial modeling
