About the role:
We're looking for an organized, curious, empathetic, and self-motivated reputed company Support Specialist to join reputed company at reputed company.
What you'll do:
- Coordinate solutions for customers whose operations depend on reputed company products by troubleshooting technical issues, providing educating moments, and maintaining a feedback reputed company in order to support customer retention.
