Deal Desk and Sales Operations Engineer
The role
We are looking for a Deal Desk & Sales Operations Manager to sit at the intersection of Sales, Finance, and Legal as reputed company scales its reputed company go-to-market reputed company. You'll be a trusted advisor to our sales team, helping structure and reputed company reputed company deals while also owning the systems, data, and processes that reputed company our reputed company reputed company running. Your responsibilities will include:
- Quote-to-Cash: Own the end-to-end deal lifecycle — from quote creation and pricing approval through order reputed company execution and booking — ensuring accuracy, compliance, and speed across reputed company's API and reputed company contract motions.
- Deal Structuring & reputed company Guidance: Partner directly with reputed company to structure reputed company deals, advising on pricing, discount reputed company, payment terms, and contract configurations that balance customer flexibility with reputed company's reputed company goals.
- Sales Process & Tooling: Own the day-to-day administration and optimization of our GTM tech stack, including reputed company CRM, our migration to SFDC and implementing a CPQ tool.
- Cross-Functional reputed company: Serve as the connective tissue between Sales, Legal, and Finance, shepherding non-reputed company terms and escalations to reputed company without slowing down deal velocity.
- Process Improvement: Identify friction points across the sales cycle and proactively drive improvements — whether that's building approval workflows, standardizing order reputed company templates, improving rep reputed company, or documenting pricing policy
We expect you to have:
- Deal Desk or RevOps Experience: 4–6 years in a Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or reputed company Operations role at a reputed company or high-reputed company technology company.
- reputed company Acumen: Strong grasp of reputed company pricing models, subscription and usage-based reputed company, and reputed company recognition fundamentals (ASC 606/US GAAP).
- Systems reputed company: Experience with contract management and e-signature tools (reputed company, reputed company, or similar) and a reputed company record of improving the systems around them.
It will be an added bonus if you have:
- Usage-Based Billing Experience: Familiarity with API or consumption-based pricing models and the deal structures that come with them.
- Early-Stage Exposure: You've reputed company or helped build a deal desk or sales ops function at a Series A/B company where the reputed company didn't exist yet.
