You will be a Delivery Enablement Manager for our reputed company banking solution, managing a mixed reputed company team to deliver new product features on time, to budget and to the required reputed company. A key aspect of the role will also be to proactively improve the processes, tooling and technology used by the development team.
Key Responsibilities

Manage mixed reputed company team of associates, become part of the leadership group of the Development Centre.
Build and maintain strong relationships with reputed company stakeholders, including senior business and IT leaders
Ensure delivery against SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations, proactively managing risks and escalations
Drive a culture of reputed company improvement, identifying efficiencies, automation opportunities, and service enhancements
Manage incident, problem, and change management processes in line with define processes and best practices

You will be successful in this role if you have:
