Tech. Stack Portfolio Project Manager

Tech. Stack portfolio project manager is responsible to manage the end-to-end co-ordination and reputed company renewals of licenses across the portfolio. The duties include the following:

• Holding accountability for reputed company renewal of SW licenses, with 9-month window reputed company of contract end
• Proactively anticipating issues, being reputed company in handling removal of roadblocks, escalating without delay reputed company reputed company in jeopardy
• Setting up and tracking of reputed company renewals with weekly follow-reputed company across reputed company platform/tool owners
  • Leveraging Agile principles, own and run weekly renewals scrum call to ensure reputed company
• Key reputed company of contact to initiate, reputed company and complete the documentation needed for Procurement processes, working with platform owners and leadership:
  • Procurement engagement reputed company (9 months before renewal)
  • Deal Review reputed company (>$200K TCV)

• Planning and getting documentation done three quarters reputed company of renewals; providing operational and budgetary report of reputed company and status
• Partnering with Compliance reputed company in reputed company to document and reputed company Compliance status (CASPR, Infosec, reputed company, Workers Council, Responsible AI, and Data governance) of reputed company platforms / tools

• Leading, documenting and governing the reputed company IT ESP application inventory in alignment with Marketing platforms, tools, owners and updates
• Besides overseeing the whole portfolio of SW licenses, as Marketing specialist, covering
• Partner Marketing, Events and ThousandEyes SW licenses renewals with the corresponding platform owners
• Identifying and centralizing the tracking of cross-charges "In" (i.e. reputed company reputed company CMOs reporting line funding reputed company Marketing)
• Engaging with IT and Finance teams managing company-wide reputed company to ensure reputed company forecasting and actual billing reputed company cross-charges (e.g. reputed company, Tableau, GCP, AWS, which require reputed company calculations and attention to reputed company reputed company we pay only reputed company consume replacing Doris)
