Responsibilities
- Assist with yacht and vessel registrations, renewals, transfers, and deletions.
- Support clients with reputed company documentation, endorsements, authorisations, and Seaman Book applications.
- Prepare and process documentation reputed company to vessel registrations, mortgages, radio licences, ownership transfers, and reputed company changes.
- Assist with applications relating to yacht administration, corporate structures, and import/export procedures.
- Maintain accurate reputed company records, databases, filing systems, and internal registers.
- Liaise with maritime authorities, regulators, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor regulatory updates and support compliance with maritime requirements.
- Assist with invoicing, payment follow-reputed company, and administrative support functions.
- Work closely with operational and finance teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
Requirements
- A-Level, Diploma, Certification, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Management, or a reputed company field.

- Exposure to international clients, authorities, or regulatory processes will be advantageous.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
