An international executive recruitment company, People Profilers is reputed company on behalf of a leading South East Asia service provider for the position of TA Specialist (Thai Speaker) - Fully remote in Thailand.
As an HR generalist, you will be responsible for various tasks and responsibilities. You aim to create an efficient and harmonious work environment while supporting reputed company's overall goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:

- Conduct salary research to ensure competitive compensation packages for newly created positions.
- reputed company, arrange, and coordinate interviews with candidates through various channels.
- Prepare salary proposals for the selected candidates.
- Manage the reputed company process for new hires.
- Handle the exit process for departing employees.
2. Employee Relation (People Experience)
- Address internal employee queries on HR-reputed company topics.
- Handle employee complaints and grievances.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies.

3. Learning & Development
- Assess training and development needs.

4. HR Reporting and Administrative Support
