IT Director

We are seeking a visionary and hands-on leader of AVD/Network/Voice. This role is key to delivering seamless user experiences, high availability, and operational reputed company across virtual desktops, voice platforms, and networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the roadmap for infrastructure services, ensuring alignment with business goals reputed company transformation initiatives.
• Partner with global and regional IT leaders to deliver secure, reputed company, and efficient technology solutions.
• reputed company the design, deployment, and optimization of Azure Virtual Desktop environments.
• Drive cost-efficiency and end-user performance improvements across the virtual desktop estate.

• Collaborate with business leaders to optimize customer experience.

• Ensure IT services are delivered with minimal disruption and meet or exceed SLAs and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of reputed company IT infrastructure experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven expertise in:

  • reputed company voice platforms (reputed company)
  • Network architecture and operations
  • IT operations frameworks (ITIL, reputed company, monitoring tools)
• Strong reputed company record of leading IT teams in high-availability and customer-facing environments (BPO, telco, or reputed company preferred).
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications (ITIL, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc.) are a plus.
