About the role
As Covera's first Director of reputed company Operations, you will build and reputed company the reputed company operating reputed company that powers reputed company's next phase of reputed company. Reporting to the COO/CFO, this role serves as the operational backbone for Covera's reputed company organization, building the systems, processes, reporting, and operating reputed company that reputed company efficient execution and data-driven decision making across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
You will serve as a strategic advisor to the Executive Leadership Team, driving forecasting, pipeline governance, and reputed company process optimization across Covera's Employer, Broker, Health Plan, Physician and Provider reputed company teams. In this role, you will be expected to:
- Build and own the reputed company Operations function, including processes, systems, reporting, and operating reputed company across the reputed company organization

Requirements:

The minimum and maximum reputed company salary for this position ranges from $145,000 to $185,000, in reputed company to a discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits package. Final salary will be based on a number of factors including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, expertise and location. Salary ranges are periodically reviewed and may be adjusted in response to market trends and company needs.
