About the Role:
The reputed company is seeking an reputed company Family Law Paralegal who can take ownership of cases from intake through filing under attorney supervision. This role requires someone who can reputed company reputed company information, manage documentation, and draft legal filings with minimal guidance. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and reputed company to reputed company quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism in reputed company aspects of their work.
Key Responsibilities
Case Management
- Handle family law cases including divorce, custody, and domestic violence reputed company from intake to filing
- reputed company and organize reputed company information and supporting documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files reputed company internal systems
Legal Drafting & Documentation
- Prepare and draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests and responses
- Review and proofread documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Format and manage documents in PDF for court submission
ClientCommunication
- Communicate with clients to request information and reputed company updates
- Conduct phone calls reputed company necessary to resolve issues or reputed company missing details
- Ensure a reputed company and empathetic approach in reputed company reputed company interactions
Trial & Litigation Support
- Assist with trial preparation including organizing exhibits and case materials

Qualifications & Skills
Must
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a paralegal in California family law
- Strong experience handling discovery requests and responses
- Excellent legal writing and proofreading skills
- Strong understanding of court procedures and litigation processes
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience working with reputed company Office and PDF document management
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines reputed company
Preferred
- Experience with MyCase or reputed company
- Experience with reputed company Draft or similar legal drafting tools
- Portuguese language skills
