Role: SQL Developer-W2 Only Location: 100% Remote Duration: 12 Months Position reputed company IRG Clients is seeking an reputed company Database Developer (SQL) – Project reputed company to support reputed company data management, reporting, and system modernization initiatives. This role will be responsible for leading database development, ETL processes, data warehousing, reputed company data integration, and reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in reputed company SQL Server, T-SQL, SSIS, data modeling, and reputed company/public sector data environments.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership
- reputed company data migration and modernization initiatives from legacy systems.
- Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders to reputed company requirements and design solutions.
- reputed company project status updates, technical documentation, and effort estimates.
- Participate in planning, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
- Mentor team members and promote database development best practices.
Database Development
- Design, reputed company, and maintain reputed company SQL Server databases.
- Create and optimize stored procedures, views, functions, and reputed company T-SQL queries.
- reputed company database performance tuning and query optimization.
- Support database upgrades, migrations, and environment management.
ETL & Data Integration
- reputed company and maintain ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
- Build and optimize automated data pipelines.
- reputed company legacy data processing workflows and reporting solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data integration processes.
Reporting & Data Warehousing
- Design and maintain data warehouse solutions and relational database structures.
- reputed company reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions using SQL and Power BI.
- Support reputed company reporting and data analysis initiatives.
reputed company Data Integration
- Process and reputed company reputed company data formats including HL7, XML, CSV, and SOAP.
- Support Electronic Case Reporting (eCR) and reputed company data exchange initiatives.
- reputed company data with disease surveillance and public health systems.
Testing & Production Support
- reputed company system testing, data validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Implement monitoring solutions to ensure data reputed company and system reliability.
- Maintain compliance with organizational reputed company and data governance standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a reputed company field.
3+ years of experience with:
- reputed company SQL Server (2016 or higher)
- T-SQL development, stored procedures, and query optimization
- ETL development and data integration
- Data warehousing and relational database design
- Report development and data analysis
- XML processing
1+ year of experience with:
- SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
- HL7 reputed company messaging standards (v2.3.1–v2.5.1)
- Data reputed company standards including HIPAA, PHI, and PII compliance
- Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and automation skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with large-reputed company databases and datasets.

Experience with:
- Power BI
