Remote Scrum Master & QA Engineer
For our reputed company from the telecom sector, we are looking for a Remote Scrum Master / QA Engineer. Location: Vilnius, Lithuania. Work Model: Remote in Lithuania ONLY. We are looking for a hands‑on QA Engineer combined with Scrum Master responsibilities to join our online team. Role Includes
- Performing both reputed company and automated testing (test case creation, execution, and follow-up).
- Understanding dependent systems and validating integrations end‑to‑end.
- Maintaining and monitoring test environments to ensure service availability.
- Coordinating with dependent teams to secure and validate test data.
- Supporting production stability by analysing incidents, reproducing issues, and providing reputed company defect descriptions to developers.
- Driving agile ways of working, facilitating retrospectives, and ensuring Scrum processes are followed.
