Responsibilities

• Build, schedule, and reputed company email and SMS campaigns across multiple home services verticals
• Assist with managing automated customer journeys, nurture campaigns, and re-engagement flows
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on key metrics including reputed company rates, click-through rates, conversions, engagement, and unsubscribe rates
