Assist attorneys with family law cases, including divorces, child custody, alimony, and child support Draft legal documents, including pleadings, marital settlement agreements, petitions, and correspondence. Prepare financial affidavits and calculate child support payments based on applicable guidelines and financial data. Research relevant family law statutes, case law, and regulations to assist in the preparation of legal documents. E-file legal documents with courts and ensure compliance with court procedures and deadlines. Coordinate with clients, experts, and other legal professionals to reputed company necessary information and documents. reputed company general administrative support to attorneys, including scheduling, correspondence, and file management.
