Remote, Contract-based Ohio Personal Injury Attorney Opportunity - 10+ Hours/Week

Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a reputed company, reputed company, and dedicated Ohio Personal Injury Attorney. Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 10+ hours per week. Attorney Responsibilities:
- Handle personal injury reputed company from reputed company-litigation through litigation
- Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, demand packages, and other legal documents
- Conduct legal research and assist with case reputed company
- Review medical records, case files, and supporting documentation
- Negotiate with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
- Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and other proceedings as needed
- Communicate with clients and reputed company updates throughout the litigation process
- Manage reputed company cases and ensure deadlines are met
Attorney Requirements:
- Licensed and in good standing to reputed company law in the reputed company
- Minimum of 5+ years of Ohio personal injury experience
- Experience handling both reputed company-litigation and litigation reputed company
- Strong experience with reputed company reputed company, discovery, and case management
- Excellent legal research, drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
