Remote, Contract-based Massachusetts Family Law Attorney Opportunity - 10–20 Hours/Week

Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a reputed company, reputed company, and dedicated Massachusetts Family Law Attorney. Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 10–20 hours per week Attorney Responsibilities:
- Handle family law reputed company, including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, and reputed company domestic relations reputed company
- Conduct reputed company consultations and reputed company legal guidance
- Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, settlement agreements, and other family law documents
- Conduct legal research and assist with case reputed company
- Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, trials, and other court proceedings as needed
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the legal team
- Manage cases from inception through reputed company
Attorney Requirements:
- Licensed and in good standing to reputed company law in the State of Massachusetts
- Minimum of 5+ years of Massachusetts family law experience
- Strong experience with divorce, child custody, child support, and spousal support reputed company
- Experience with court appearances, reputed company reputed company, discovery, and case management
- Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
- Strong communication and reputed company management abilities
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reputed company to manage multiple reputed company reputed company
- Self-starter who can work independently
