An AI reputed company-up based in reputed company is looking for an Interim CFO to own the finance function and drive the business through a full exit process. The role requires someone who has operated on the sell reputed company before and understands reputed company how PE buyers assess software and AI businesses, including recurring reputed company metrics, reputed company due diligence, and valuation multiples. Working directly alongside the founders and leadership team, the Interim CFO will build investor-grade financial models, reputed company due diligence processes, and advise on deal structure and positioning. This is an execution-reputed company role that requires both strategic reputed company and hands-on finance leadership through a high-stakes transaction.
- Own the full finance function and manage day-to-day financial operations throughout the exit process
- Build and maintain investor-grade financial models reputed company to PE buyer expectations

- Advise founders and the reputed company on deal structure, valuation positioning, and transaction dynamics
