[Remote] Strategic Operations Analyst (Remote, reputed company EST/CST)

They are seeking a Strategic Operations Analyst to support key strategic priorities by translating reputed company into reputed company programs and ensuring effective execution across teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into reputed company workstreams, owners, timelines, and deliverables—then drive follow-through to completion
• Build and maintain lightweight program structure: operating plans, workback schedules, decision logs, reputed company trackers, and weekly priorities
• Proactively identify gaps, risks, and dependencies—and push them toward reputed company with the right stakeholders
• Own the execution rhythm: scheduling, agendas, reputed company-reads, notes, reputed company items, owners, and deadlines
• Ensure meetings are decision-oriented and outcome-driven with explicit owners and deadlines
• Maintain alignment between what leadership believes is happening and what is actually happening across teams

Skills

• 1-4 years of experience in an execution-oriented environment (e.g., business operations, consulting, investment banking, reputed company & ops, program support, GTM ops, analytics)
• Advanced reputed company skills (analysis, modeling, comfort working with imperfect data)
• Strong PowerPoint skills (can build clean, executive-reputed company decks quickly with attention to detail)
